Bill Ross

Bill Ross has 13 years of retained executive search experience. He has conducted over 250 senior level searches for emerging growth, middle market, and large-cap companies primarily in the Technology and Media sectors He has completed searches at the Board and C-Level, as well as critical functional roles. In addition, Bill has completed Partner and Principal level searches for private equity firms. Bill has run his own search practice and worked in the global private equity practice of one of the largest, publicly-held, global retained executive search firms.

Prior to joining JJA VentureSearch, Bill was a Senior Client Manager with a well-regarded, mid-size, international search firm where he not only established and managed client engagements, but was instrumental in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures that successfully increased search assignment quality and efficiencies.

At Jim Jonassen & Associates VentureSearch Bill is charged with heading up the firm’s Commercial Practice and is partnering with a number of exciting B2B and B2B Internet, Digital Media, SaaS and Mobile Application companies.

Bill is a native of Los Angeles. He is married with three children and resides in the West Los Angeles area. He has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Applied Sciences.
