Jason Navarro

Jason is a career Headhunter who brings a 16 year track record of success building out world-class sales teams from inside companies like CommerceOne and SpotRunner and in his own search firm for clients including DirecTV, eBay/Rent.com, Uniloc, Blue Cava, Mail.com, SearchForce, Searchandise Commerce, JobVite, Webvisible, and Rearden Commerce just to name a few.

At Spot Runner as their Head of Sales Recruiting and Executive Search, Jason was instrumental in building the company from 120 to 400 employees in less than two years. He was employee #35 at CommerceOne, a B2B e-Commerce company that he helped grow from $2M in revenues to 3,800 employees and over $500M in Revenues and one of the top performing IPOs over a three year period.

Previously, Jason's passion for technology led him to management and consulting positions with Industry leaders such as Microsoft, Google, and 3Com/US Robotics. Jason has worked for multiple start-up companies and multi-nationals, recruiting internationally in EMEA, APAC and Latin America.

Jason graduated with a BA in Human Resource Management at Menlo College.
